Policy

Accommodating all guests:

    We do not allow any type of pet inside the spa unless it is a certified medical service animal with proof of documentation.

Cancellation and No Shows:

If you need to cancel your appointment please notify us 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time.

If you are unable to give us 24 hour advance notice you will be charged $50.00 cancellation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment if we are unable to charge the card on file. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Anyone who forgets or does not show for their scheduled appointment time will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged their missed appointment. Clients that have purchased packages will be charged against their package for a single session.

We reserve the right to use the stored credit card information to pay for continuing or recurring memberships, no show, and outstanding balances on the client’s account.

Payment options:

Payment for all medical spa procedures is due at the time of the treatment. For speciality packaged or grouped treatments, payment for entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment for treatment scheduled in advance.

Services Provided:

In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed.

Revisional Treatment:

Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get, Occasionally additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible.

Referral Policy:

Refer a New Client to our practice and receive a $20 credit towards any service on your account after the New Client’s first treatment is complete. There is no cash value associated with this credit to your account as it will only be applied toward a service.

Appointment Request:

Every effort is made to accommodate your request to be treated by the same technician each appointment however we cannot guarantee that you will see the same provider each treatment. This applies to all services offered by VLS as well as package pricing paid ahead of time. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
 

Practice- Patient Relationship:

We love our clients but sometimes we have to reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason. These reasons exclude racist, sexist, or any gender discriminating matters. We strive to provide for everyone.
